Product Feature

This product adopts nano-silicon high-tech manufactured high molecular compound which has high technological level in the international society. Do not contain formaldehyde; has cation; thus more conducive to infiltration and absorption. After baking, it can form color lake in the fiber with the dyes, which make the dyes have stronger adhesive force in the fiber. The product has soft handle, small color changing, can improve the dry rub fastness and wet rubbing fastness obviously that is the rub fastness can improve above 1 level.
The stability of the product is excellent, leading in the domestic similar products; resist acid, hard water, well water; no precipitation and floating oil.

[Notes]
Working liquid after formulation show semi-transparent emulsion under 30~35°C, thus nano material can play a greater effectiveness. Specific process, formula and suitability please adjust properly after detecting and sample-testing by user.

[Attention]
1. The water is very important, mainly is the anion in the water have great influence on its stability. Distilled water is best (condensate water in the dryer is all right), next comes deionized water, tap water is poor; ground water, river water may can not melt the chemicals, cannot use.
2. Working liquid has best stability when PH value is 4~5. The acid used to adjust PH value best use glacial acetic acid, the acid within high anion cannot use, e.g. sulfate, phosphoric acid, citric acid, polyacrylic acid, etc.
3. Melt chemicals under normal temperature can transparent, stability is the best. If you use lower temperature water to melt chemicals, HNS-WRF can not play its best effectiveness (for sanding cloth). When melting, recommend to heat the water measured to 30~35°C firstly (Considering the machine during operation, the temperature of pad-box would rise a little, can reach about 32°C in the end). Then, add the measured wet rubbing fastness promoting agent HNS-WRF, showing semi-transparent emulsion type. Thus, maximum effectiveness would be exert.
4. In the lower temperature processing environment, HNS-WRF should keep at 30~35°C, and the tube leading to the pad-box must have filter.
5. The PH value of face side after dyeing <7, general drying is all right, if have baking the effect would be better and have better washability.
6. Kind and dosage of softening finishing agent would have some influence on HNS-WRF. So, if softening agent and HNS-WRF bath and finishing together, sample must be test in advance.
