ELASTICITY SOFTENER FLAKE R-508

Elasticity softener flake R-508 can be dissolved by cool water, also can be used in room temperature with low foam. It can provide excellent smooth, soft, bulk, exquisite feeling, and better elasticity feeling. Used for cotton, cotton blend textile finishing. Keep in a cool place, it can be kept for about 12months.

Dissolving Method:

1. cool water : Add 10% flake(1KG flake, 9KGS water) into 30℃ water slowly, stirring 10-20minutes, to make it dispersing, then soaking about 2hours, stir with low speed into paste.

2. hot water :  Add 10% flake(1KG flake, 9KGS water) into room temperature water slowly, stirring 3-5minutes, then heating to 70℃-75℃, stirring for about 1hour into paste, cooling

Physical Property:

1. Appearance: light yellow flake

2. Composed of : special high-molecular polymer

3. pH value : 6-7

4. Ionicity: cationic

Usage:

Padding: 2-6g/L in 30℃-40℃,double dip double nip or single dip single nip

Points:

1. Can’t be used with anionic product in one bath.

2. Please make testing before plan to used with other material in one bath.
